Westfire stoves have a five year manufacturer’s warranty against material faults and other manufacturing defects. Your receipt document is the date of purchase. The warranty will only apply if they receive the duly completed registration card within two weeks of purchase.

The manufacturer’s warranty covers the body of the stove only for five calendar years.

Components that are subject to wear and tear (also referred to as perishable, moveable or consumable parts) through the standard operation of the stove are not covered by this warranty. These include (but not limited to) the following:

Grate Assemblies

Fire Bars

Glass & Glass Assemblies

Rope Seals

Baffle Plate

Ash Tray

Insulating Fire Bricks

Operational Handles

Detachable Legs

Westfire will also not cover damage resulting from any of the following:

Installation or usage other than described in the user manual

Local conditions i.e. chimney / flue issues

Over firing

Usage of wrong fuel

Modifications

The stove installation must be signed off (certified) by a registered installer, Building Control Body or local authority to validate the manufacturer’s warranty and serviced within twelve months of installation. The warranty is null and void if this is not adhered to. The warranty is also void if the stove is installed without legs.

The cost of installing replacement items and all consequential costs are at the customer’s expense.
We strive to supply goods in excellent condition. Some of our products are both heavy and fragile, and need careful handling until installed. We will repair, refund or replace (for free) any item found defective or damaged before delivery or during unloading. This is in addition to your manufacturers guarantee. We cannot accept return of products which are damaged after delivery. If you wish to return part or all of your order please email sales@woodstovetrading.co.uk ensuring you quote your order number and the date you received your goods. You must confirm that the goods are in the original packaging, unused in anyway and that we are able to inspect the goods before signing for them. Failure to do this will result in no return number or address being issued. Items returned to us must be sent by recorded delivery. All spare parts are non-returnable and non-refundable due to being a special order.
